No. Courses sell information. The Membership delivers a decision: a personalized Growth Decision, a written Dossier, a recommended path, and the intelligence to keep it current. Learning resources exist inside the Membership, but they are not the product.

The first job your Membership performs. A structured evaluation, roughly 60 to 90 minutes across one or more sittings, of the business you have, the business you want, and the move you are considering. It produces one primary Growth Move recommendation, a supporting Revenue Model, a secondary option for later, Do-Not-Build-Yet guidance, capacity and capability findings, assumptions and confidence, and a first 90-day path.

A Shade is a private implementation guide for a particular Revenue Model. Example: the Subscription Shade is your private implementation guide for building a subscription Revenue Model. You receive the Shade connected to your recommendation, so you build the right thing instead of browsing everything.

The Growth Profile is free. The 50 Shades of Paid® Membership is $497 billed annually. That is the only paid founder product. There is no monthly plan, no separate diagnostic purchase, and no upsell ladder.

Because the product is a decision carried over time, not content consumed by the month. The Membership begins with The Growth Decision and then preserves your business history, monitors progress, and prepares you for the next decision. That arc does not fit a 30-day billing logic, and we will not pretend it does.

Your account, business information, and decision history live in our own database, not inside a marketing tool. We collect only what a feature genuinely requires, we do not sell your data, and your business information is never used to train external AI models. You can request export or deletion at any time. AI organizes information, detects patterns and contradictions, explains recommendations, and routes you to relevant resources. It does not make unexplained decisions, pretend certainty, override the governed business rules, or replace licensed professionals. Every recommendation shows its reasoning and its confidence. The final decision remains yours.

No. The platform provides business education and structured decision support. Where a move touches legal, tax, licensing, clinical, or regulatory territory, your Dossier flags it for professional review. Listed or referenced professionals, where that exists, are independent.

Cancel any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid term. Your saved history is preserved unless you request deletion. Renewal is $497 per year, disclosed before you pay, with notice before any renewal charge.

Then you just saved yourself the most expensive kind of year. Sometimes the right answer is "not yet," and the Dossier will tell you what must change first and what should wait. That answer is a feature, not a failure.
